Part-time Administrative Assistant (Rhinelander Office)
Seeking a part-time (approximately 10 to 20 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to assist our Branch Office Manager at our office in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
• Understands job expectations and takes action without being prompted.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Administrative Duties:
• Serve as receptionist for branch office phone line, take messages, and greet clients and visitors.
Job Specific Qualifications:
• Knowledge of and proven proficiency using computers including Microsoft Word and Outlook required.
Starting pay is $12-$15 an hour and will be based on past, relevant experience.
