Town & Country Engineering, Inc. is seeking a part-time (approximately 10 to 20 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to assist our office in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.

Core qualifications including understanding job expectations and acting without being prompted, work independently and take personal responsibility for assigned duties, and flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, assignments and work schedule.

Primary duties and responsibilities include serving as receptionist for branch office phone line, taking messages, greeting clients and visitors, keeping the office clean and organized, and providing administrative support for Branch Office Manager and staff.

Job-specific qualifications required are a knowledge of and proven proficiency using computers including Microsoft Word and Outlook, the ability to work with and take direction from our Lead Administrative Assistant in the Madison Office, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, prioritization skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with staff, clients and the public.

Starting pay is $13 to $16 an hour and will be based on past, relevant experience.
