Town & Country Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Construction Observation Technician to join our team at our Madison office.
The position will involve construction administration and observation on a variable schedule of 20 to 45 hours/week. Responsibilities will include:
- Working with engineers, contractors, and clients
- Construction administration including reviewing contractor schedules and pay requests
- Visiting construction sites to observe project construction and attending construction meeting
The successful candidate for this position should have the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the street/utility, drinking water, or wastewater industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capable of working efficiently with clients, contractors, and internal staff
- Willing to work throughout Wisconsin as needed, but generally within 50 miles of the Madison office
