We are excited to announce the 2024 Wastewater Improvements projects for the City of Reedsburg have been awarded as of Monday May 13th, 2024.
Contract A includes the construction of a new wastewater treatment facility, new main lift station, and the demolition of the existing site. Contract A was awarded a total of $109,268,414.13. Contract B involves constructing the pipeline work connecting the new facilities. The pipelines consist of the interceptor from the old plant to the new main lift station, force mains from the main lift station to the new site, and outfall piping from the new site to the Baraboo River. Contract B was awarded a total of $9,372,489.01. These projects will be funded through a combination of USDA Rural Development Loan, Wisconsin DNR Clean Water Fund Loan, and local contributions.
